My name: I have a collection of names I go by, but you may call me Ari.

My age: 20 since June.

My location: I have spent my entire life somewhere in the Chicagoland area.  For your stalking purposes, I’m southwest-ish currently.

My extracurriculars: College student.  I know, I can’t believe it either.

My tumblr name: So, admittedly, I have a bad sense of humor, and the supporting evidence is my love of puns.  Starlins and Pinstripes is a great example; we take the line Stars and Stripes and make it so it’s baseball related -> Star(lin)s and (Pin)stripes.  This also works out great as Starlin Castro is pretty much my favorite Chicago Cub, and he indeed wears pinstripes. Part of the job uniform.

My blog name: During the 2010 NLCS playoffs, Tim McCarver said of Roy Halladay: “The only thing straight about Roy Halladay is his talk.” So, from the mouth of a Fox anaylst,  Roy Halladay is not straight.  Tell your friends.

Blog content: Sports; mainly baseball and a healthy amount of basketball.  Included: stat posts, animated crud I make, amateur photography, reblogs.  

Teams: Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, Chicago Bulls, Texas Rangers; keeping tabs on the San Francisco Giants.

Players: Your NBA MVP, a 20 K curveball, a baby star communist, a foul mouth bitch, Cy’s high-fiving owner, and a Canadian china doll and his unicorn.  I also (unashamedly) fangirl over a front office GM.  There are more, but those are the main ones.

GIF questions: I have a tendency to make GIFs when I’m bored; almost all of them are baseball-related.  I have no rhyme or reason what I GIF; just whatever tickles my fancy.  I rip the video off MLB.com or another baseball related site and then edit in Photoshop.  Honestly, if you request something nicely, I’ll probably make it for you, or at least try my best.  But I am just an amateur so there are better people to ask anyway :P
